Daniel J. O'Sullivan, AIF 

Dan currently resides in Ambler, with his wife of 25 years Shannon, and three boys Colin, Ryan, and Tyler. Dan is a graduate of Penn State with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.  He began his career at a major Wall Street firm in 1996.  In 2001, Dan became a Registered Principal and opened his own office, CDS Wealth Management. Currently, Dan holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation and the Series 6, 7, and 24, securities registrations with LPL Financial, as well as the Series 65 with Global Retirement Partners. , in addition to Life & Health.

For the past twenty-five years, Dan has been a featured speaker at numerous financial and investment seminars in local high schools and community centers. He enjoys conducting these classes to educate the community and assist in its understanding of the various financial opportunities available. Dan currently manages investments for individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout the United States.

Dan's favorite activities center around spending time with his family, especially coaching his sons' sports teams. Over the past 18 years, he has coached both football and basketball, including high school football at Upper Dublin High School, Hatboro-Horsham High School, and William Tennent High School. His sons are Colin, a finance major and quarterback at West Chester University; Ryan, who is studying finance at Penn State University; and Tyler, who attends Upper Dublin High School.

Sandra Atherholt, Client Service Associate

Sandra manages account openings, maintenance, and transactions, while providing client support for inquiries, concerns, and requests related to their accounts.

Originally from Philadelphia, Sandra graduated from the University of Delaware. She now lives in Fort Washington with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing golf, and volunteering for her children's activities.

Colin is a Senior studying Finance at West Chester University.  Colin is the quarterback for West Chester football.
