Portrait of Dan O’Sullivan

Dan O’Sullivan

Principal

Dan O’Sullivan has been helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of financial planning, investing, and retirement for nearly 30 years. He began his career in 1996 at a major Wall Street firm before becoming a Registered Principal in 2001 and establishing his independent practice, CDS Wealth Management, in Southampton, Pennsylvania.

Education has always been an important part of Dan's approach. For more than 25 years, he has been a featured speaker at financial education seminars held at local high schools, libraries, and community centers. Through these programs, he helps individuals and families better understand retirement planning, Social Security, investment strategies, and estate planning considerations. Dan particularly enjoys making complicated financial topics easier to understand and helping people feel more confident about their financial future.

Dan graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation, Series 6, 7, and 24 securities registrations with LPL Financial, Series 65 registration with Global Retirement Partners, and Life and Health insurance licenses.

Outside the office, Dan is a dedicated husband, father, and longtime sports coach. He lives in Ambler with Shannon, his wife of 28 years, and their three sons. Colin is a finance major at West Chester University, Ryan studies finance at Penn State University, and Tyler attends Upper Dublin High School.

For more than 20 years, Dan has coached football and basketball, including high school football at Upper Dublin, La Salle College High School, and Hatboro-Horsham.
